If you’ve lived in West County long, you’re bound to have memories of Ferris wheel rides, parades, concerts, 5ks, fireworks and kids activities at Vlasis Park in the summer. Ahhh… Ballwin Days. Attracting thousands of attendees, the event is a highlight of the summer for many people living in the St. Louis area. This volunteer based event has been able to donate over $70,000 to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital over the years, along with other organizations. We were so lucky to be able to support our local Ballwin community and participate in this iconic annual event.
Did you know you can help your school by getting braces? At Dougherty Orthodontics, we give back to schools with our Community Education Outreach program! We offer $25 school donations to participating schools for patients who begin treatment and 10% teacher discounts to all educators. Plus, we offer free dental education and other forms of support to our kids’ schools. Why? Because we truly appreciate all of the ways in which St. Louis schools and teachers help our patients and our community.
First responders are truly exceptional and selfless heroes who put their lives on the line every day for people they’ve never met. Their contributions, sacrifices and dedication to public service are why we support our local heroes. We are honored to host our first annual National First Responders Food Drive. All donations will be proudly delivered by our staff to West County EMS and Fire Protection District.
We are blessed to be able to support the TaTa Sisterhood, who aid women fighting Triple Negative Breast Cancer by providing emotional, motivational and financial assistance. Please help Dougherty Orthodontics support these women battling TNBC who are Mothers, Grandmothers, Aunts, Friends, and ALL women battling breast cancer!!!
Each year, Dougherty Orthodontics not only creates Gorgeous Grins for our patients, but we also work hard to put smiles on the faces of struggling moms and babies in our area. ValleyPalooza Organization is a nationally recognized charity located in Valley Park, Missouri. ValleyPalooza Organization brings volunteers together to actively serve the residents of Valley Park by providing programs and services that contribute to the health and vitality of the community. ValleyPalooza Organization recognizes the importance of our community youth and their future. By holding events and promoting interactive programs that engage our youth, we can inspire their generation to volunteer and expand their education.
